Chic Physique Personal Training Studio is a private Studio. We offer free assessments, one on one (or two) private training, corrective exercise, strength and resistance training, weight loss, pain relief, core training, more energy, and helping you reach your fitness goals with no memberships.

Stacey Kohl

Stacey Kohl is the founder of Chic Physique Personal Training Studio. The concept came to her after realizing that some clients want more privacy  & do not wish to join a gym. Stacey is a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). She is also a certified Woman’s Fitness Specialist and studied Corrective Exercise.  Stacey is also certified in TRX training. Stacey’s focus is women over 40, but trains all ages and genders from 16-80. Her goal is to correct muscle imbalances in people that use repetitive movements and people coming back from injuries.  After an assessment Stacey will create a customized plan that is personalized to each client’s needs and goals.

Stacey is a lifelong resident of Jacksonville and has lived in Julington Creek Plantation for 20 plus years. She is married and has 3 children. She realized after having her last child at the age of 42 and being 100 lbs over weight that something drastic needed to be done to get healthy. Stacey has faced many challenges in the last couple of years that has made her more determined to rehab and help women that are going through menopause and older regain their strength, lose that menopause weight and work with rehabilitation. Discovering weightlifting, working out with a trainer, and healthy eating has changed her life and wants to help others achieve their goals.

Amanda Malcolm

Amanda Malcolm is a Certified Personal Trainer, earning her Level 2 designation in 2017 from the World Instructor Training Schools (WITS.) WITS is accredited by the American Council on Education, the National Commission for Certifying Agencies and the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork.


Amanda has more than 10 years of first-hand, professional experience in personal training. She has an accomplished knowledge of results-oriented weight loss and management after losing 75 pounds and maintaining that loss for more than 10 years. Her expertise in the gym is focused on weight training, functional fitness and using nutrition to enhance muscular adaptation and hypertrophy. She is also dedicated to creating customized workout plans that focus on her clients goals, proper progression and results. “It’s my honor to help someone achieve their best vision of themselves. I love seeing a client's confidence grow with every workout we complete. My belief is simple -- fitness has no age limit, and there are modifications for any fitness level. If you fuel your body with healthy foods, move every day, drink plenty of water and get enough sleep, your body will reward you by looking and feeling good.”


Cassie Moyers

Cassie Moyers is our newest trainer & holds the NCCA accredited certification of Certified Personal Trainer from the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). She has been shadowing studio owner Stacey Kohl for the last six months and has been a client of Chic Physique for over 2 years.
Cassie’s fitness journey started when she realized she was at a point where it was time to start taking care of herself now that her kids were grown and, as Cassie often says, she applies the airplane oxygen mask quote to her health and fitness journey: “You have to take care of yourself before you can help others”. Since starting with Chic Physique, Cassie has lost and kept off over 50 pounds, developed muscle and is the strongest & healthiest she has ever been. Embracing a healthy lifestyle change, Cassie has learned to run and completed a half marathon, a 10 mile, 5k, 10ks, and is planning more running events in the future. Her husband often says Cassie’s commitment to work with Chic Physique is one of the best return on investments they’ve made. Now she wants to be able to help others help find their
path to a healthier lifestyle.
